Working with Niko Esposito was the best real estate experience either of us has ever had. We were looking for someone who really understood our needs and would listen to us carefully. We needed someone who had a very visual sense and who values the unique and special details of each property with an eye to Mid Century Modern Architecture. We were also hoping to find a realtor who was fun and positive to take some of the pain out of real estate shopping. Niko Esposito was all of the above! Her warmth and charisma were clearly a motivating factor in our beating out ten other bids. She even gave us some serious support well after the sale in the form of gathering data and information to present in the process of obtaining a refinance. She has looked at other properties we own and provided us advice about how to optimize value. She is obviously in the business of building relationships, not just closing sales. We found out perfect…
We found out perfect second home in La Quinta after only looking two Saturdays. Almost disappointed that we were not going to spend any more days with Niko! She was a joy to be with. What can be tedious long days she made it fun, down to the drinks and snacks in her car. The whole transaction went along smoothly and any questions we had she was immediately able to answer. She was a pleasure to do business with. We were lucky to have found Niko.

Niko was beyond patient…
