I called the Paul Kaplan office to see if I could schedule time to look at a home that they had listed. Niko Esposito called me right back and said she could show it to me right away. I met her at the house and instantly felt comfortable with her. She was friendly, fun and knew a lot about the house and the area even though she was not the listing agent.

I did not have an agent so I asked her if she would represent me if I wanted to make an offer. And, the relationship was born!! Niko was fantastic throughout the entire process and I could not have been happier. I will absolutely 100% refer Niko to anyone interested in buying or selling.
